Trenchless sewer replacements and repairs
We utilize hydraulic machinery to pull new pipes usually(SDR11 or SDR17)
Pipe bursting is a trenchless method of replacing buried pipes (such as sewer, water, or natural gas pipes) without the need for a traditional construction trench. "Launching and receiving pits" replace the trench needed by conventional pipe-laying.
Trenchless is the preferred method as it avoids having to dig expensive trenches whenever possible.
Open trench replacements and repairs
In this case, we dig an open trench for the length of the pipe line(gas, water, or sewer). This is done whenever a new line is being installed. It is also done whenever the line needs corrections due to inconsistencies in the terrain. Also, when two or more lines have been installed side by side, so a trench would prevent accidental damage.
Point of sale sewer
In Many of the municipalities such as Hillsborough or City of San Mateo, a passing sewer inspection is required for the sale of the home, so our company is glad to assist. As such we have developed relationships with local realtors to assist homeowners with these inspections and provide timely bids for any repairs needed.
Sewer video inspection
We conduct our inspections using top of the line equipment. The cameras produce good quality videos which accurately show the condition of the line for up to 300 feet. The videos themselves follow guidelines set forth by the municipalities which highlight condition of the line.
Although requirements differ within each municipality, we strive to provide as much information required to give accurate assessments. A good quality and accurate video can be the difference between passing or failing.
